Account

If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your verified email address and a stable Google account identifier; we never receive your Google password. With an email and a password, we store that email and a salted hash of the password, never the password itself. The email is used only to recognize your account and to send a password reset link (valid 30 minutes) when you ask. Supported games send a copy of their saved progress; we keep the ten most recent versions of each save and a hashed session token (90 days). To slow down password guessing, hashed records of recent sign-in attempts are deleted after 1 hour. Basis: performance of the contract.

DailyGeo Atlas

Your cards, packs, buildings and planet are stored on your account; the log of actions is deleted after 14 days. Friends, private nicknames, requests, trade offers, gifts and clubs (membership, emoji messages from a fixed list, blocks, reports) are stored to run those features; daily counters are deleted after 14 days. A friend link stores the code, a device identifier and a daily-salted hash of the IP address to stop fake referrals, checked with Cloudflare Turnstile; these records hold no name or email and are kept after an account is deleted.

Purchases, where the DailyGeo shop is open

A declared birth month (to apply the age rules), a parent's email if a 16 or 17 year old gives one, and for each purchase the item, price, date, status, country, card country, age tier, the consent text and the receipt status. Payment is handled by Stripe as its own controller; we never see card numbers. Purchase records are not deleted with the account: accounting law requires us to keep them (10 years in France, Commercial Code art. L123-22). No automatic deletion runs.

Your choices and rights

Without sign-in, your progress stays in your browser. Signing out stops cloud sync. Deleting your account from the game's account panel deletes the account, its saves and its Atlas data, except the records named above. You may ask for access, a copy, correction or deletion at welcome@relaydle.com, and complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your own data protection authority.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this service and its database and sends its emails. Google provides Google sign-in (privacy policy). Stripe processes payments (privacy policy). DailyGeo's privacy policy covers the game itself, its statistics, reminders and advertising, in four languages. DailyMetro's privacy policy covers DailyMetro the same way.
